Great location, very peaceful Large, spacious room Didn’t have a microwave, which was an issue just because of our room location to the lobby microwave, but not a deal breaker. If stairs or a ramp style walkway is an issue, be sure to select the NO STAIRS room choice. They can help with luggage.

We stayed there for one night while driving through Maine, and now I’m going to plan a trip specifically to stay there again. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Walking up to an unobstructed view of the land, the staff was friendly, the room neighbors were pleasant, the hotel was clean and very spacious, and the town is adorable, listed as the top 10 LGBTQ+ friendliest places in New England!

Last min stay

We had a lovely stay here. We were warmly greeted by Rico, who was very helpful. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The shuttle stops right in front of the hotel which makes it easy to get everywhere in town.

Check in was very easy and the concierge went out of her way to satisfy our accommodation request. When we checked out, we had forgotten items in the refrigerator. She worked with Housekeeping to get the items to us. She went out of her way to provide extra service. The room was lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

Had to pay a $30/night resort fee. It was NOT a resort. When asked why, I was told the fee was for use of the pool (which I did not use), parking and Wi-Fi. It was not fair. Also booked a deluxe queen room, with patio view of water. Wasn’t t told there were stairs to climb to get to this room, so we were given a standard room with NOview. We were not compensated satisfactorily. I would not stay again. Breakfast was $18/ per person. This same breakfast is one I get at comfort inn for free! Unacceptable!
