A little issue on check in but that was 100% MY fault. I found all the staff to be polite and professional. Room was good and well maintained. Pool area also well maintained. All in all a nice hotel and if i was ever in that area again wouldn't hesitate to stay.

The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent. Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! I know not the hotel's thought but I think it needs to be managed better. half board is OK. Food is average to OK , the staff serving the food really nice, but the guys doing the tables with drinks, clearing etc, very rude, no one welcomes you and gives you a table, but if you sit at a table the guys don't like it, they wave their arms and tell you to move ! even if you have your food in front of you.

Good: The pool, with a depth of 1.8 meters, and the strong Wi-Fi connection. Poor: The centralized air conditioning system is not ideal; it tends to be too hot. The bedding and sheets had a chlorine odor, which permeated the room and combined with the steam to create an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the bathroom had water leakage beside the toilet. Average: The food and drinks. The hotel is in need of a renovation

Was told we would have a room upgrade as im a platinum vip member of hotels.com but never had a room upgrade was told we would have 39 euro drink and food allowance didnt get that either was told hotel had aircon and it was red hot in there no aircon very uncomfortable not very pleased as i use this website once or twice a month

Great hotel, but not for us
Had a one night stay to be close to the airport, parked right nearby, free street parking, but think the hotel has a garage. Location is good, close to beach.Quick and friendly check-in, nice room, big bathroom and porch. The bed was also good size. Our room was nice, i also noticed they maintained some other rooms so thats good. We had dinner and breakfast included, very good selection and service, but we allready been on week with all inclusive so didnt try to much, but was tasty. The pool area is supernice, with good service for food and drinks, but very busy, so if u like quiet maybe not for u. Only negative is, and that might be cultural difference, is that people smoke everywhere. Sitting at kiddy-disco my 5 yr old got more than one puff of electronic ciggarette in his face, so had to leave that one. Might be an ide with smoking area, but maybe we are used to different. I think most people will like this hotel, but we will not use it again related to the smoking everywhere part.

Clean and nice hotel we had all inclusive and the assortment of drinks was really for a all inclusive hotel with good brands that was included. The disapointment was the food it was the same food for lunch and dinner and the lack of spices was significant, so we eat at the hotel 2 evenings but the rest of the nights we went ouf on other restaurants. Breakfast was really good

Great vacation! I recommend this hotel. Food was great, you can find anything you like, lot of vegetables, different kind of meat, seafood, pasta, cakes, ice cream. We were enjoying also bar, refreshing sangria, mojito, beer was good(we are from a beer country). There might be queues on bar, but we have never waited more than couple minutes. When the hotel is full you wait longer on your drinks in restaurant too, but we are not blaming staff, they were working really hard. Just across the street from nice beach.

Just returned from 4 night stay here upon arrival then made to additional room fees not mentioned in original booking. Food repetitive like school canteen. Our stay at this hotel was different from what we hoped for. We reluctantly chose this hotel as our usual hotel was fully booked for our dates. Firstly, the staff is fantastic. However, leadership/management needs to manage the property better. You possess ineffective leadership skills, and it is apparent. Other guests complained about some issues, and your vague/generic responses indicate you need more decision-making and problem-solving skills, further proving your leadership style needs to change. Secondly, no guest wants to walk into a dirty room after a long flight. Our room was infested with dead spiders and cobwebs, a clear sign that it had not been cleaned before our arrival- a truly terrible experience. The housekeeper who came in was pleasant. She cleaned the room and left us insecticide spray. We weren't even offered another room. Thirdly, one day, we decided to spend some time in the room before heading out on the strip. We ate out a lot due to the same kind of food/limited options. We heard heavy water flowing; I thought the kids left the faucet open; it was water flowing heavily from our ceiling, another nightmare.The horror we would've faced if we were out at that time.I have never been on vacation counting down to leave; my kids wanted to return home, we travel a lot. This was such a bad experience at this hotel. Wifi doesn't work in the room, and there are no ironing boards/irons like regular hotels PROS: convenient, many restaurants/bars, Siam Park, etc.
