Das **Hotel Palace de Muro** ist ein schönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage, die sowohl Strandliebhaber als auch Ausflügler anspricht. Insgesamt verdient es 4 Sterne, jedoch gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind durchaus komfortabel, allerdings wäre ein Upgrade der Ausstattung wünschenswert, um den modernen Standards gerecht zu werden. Auch der Poolbereich könnte optimiert werden, da es leider oft an ausreichend Liegen mangelt, was vor allem in der Hochsaison ein Problem darstellt. Eine Verlängerung der Poolzeiten wäre ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, da dies den Gästen mehr Flexibilität bei der Nutzung bieten würde. Das Essen im Hotel ist absolut hervorragend – sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität der Speisen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Hier zeigt sich das Hotel von seiner besten Seite und bietet ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Alles in allem ist das **Hotel Palace de Muro** ein schönes Hotel, das mit ein paar Anpassungen das Potenzial hat, noch besser zu werden.

Für den fünften Stern müssten neue Amaturen im Badezimmer installiert werden und die Schimmelstellen beseitigt werden. Normalerweise hätten wir jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser und Toilettenartikel auf dem Zimmer haben sollen. Dies hat leider nur sporadisch funktioniert. Strand, Außenanlage, Pool und vor allem das Personal sind top.

Gastronomisch auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und das Abendprogramm ist einfach nur herrlich! So lässt sich urlauben und wir freuen uns auf ein oder zwei Urlaubswochen 2025! Bra opphold, hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Håper disse blir verdsatt, for det fortjener de. Nydelig, virkelig nydelig frokost. Men hotellrommene er slitte og det luktet mugg på hotellrommet. Døren til badet kunne ikke lukkes. Dette er ikke et femstjerners hotell, mer som et trestjerners hotell, med unntak av den veldig gode frokosten. Pent bassengområde, men dessverre slik at mange tar stoler tidlig. Når vi kom i 11-11.30-tiden var det alltid fullt, så vi valgte å ligge på stranden i stedet. God nærheten til strand og generell plassering.

Excelente servicio y amplias instalaciones
Muy buena nuestra experiencia en el Palace de Muro. El servicio es excelente, muy amables y dedicados. Han tenido una atención con nosotros que festejamos nuestro aniversario. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y excelente calidad de la comida. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, con práctica salida a la playa. Lo recomiendo y volveremos.
