It’s the little things
This was just a quick stopover on our way home from vacation. At check in we were informed both the elevator and side door were out of order. Ok, we can climb the stairs. The room was large and clean. However, we were missing 1/2 of the sheer curtain. Got up the next morning and realized the blow dryer didn’t work even though I tried to reset the outlet, tried different outlets, etc. So, it’s a bad hair day. Ugh!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid and arrived 20 minutes later only to be told that I could not have a room due to their computer issues not allowing guest to check in or check out.
