Welcome to Guide House! This newly renovated (2021) modern lake cabin offers relaxation and comfort in the picturesque setting of Lake Tenkiller. Guide House is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft. It is conveniently located within minutes from Strayhorn Marina, Gene's Aqua Pro Dive Shop, Tenkiller State Park, Lower Illinois River fishing, restaurants, and much more! Bring your family or some friends and come relax in this spectacular retreat.


The space

Upon entry you will notice an abundance of natural light with an open-concept living room and dining room. Towering windows frame a beautiful view of Lake Tenkiller in the great room. Furnishings offer a modern, but cozy feel. Walk out from the great room onto the large front deck where you can enjoy plenty of evening shade.



In the kitchen, you'll have all the appliances and cookware needed for meals made easy, as well as a Bluetooth speaker for cabin use. The kitchen comes equipped with a Duo coffee maker compatible with K-cups, or you can choose to bring your own coffee grounds for the attached 12 cup carafe. The dining room table will comfortably seat 6 with additional seating for 3 on the counter stools in the kitchen. The deck also features an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.



Guide House has a large master bedroom downstairs with a king memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, smart TV, and a sitting area/desk space. There is ample room in the downstairs bedroom for your littles’ pack-n-play or portable crib. Attached is a bathroom that includes a substantial vanity and a large spa tub. The laundry closet is located in the master bath complete with a full-size washer and dryer.



Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The second bedroom contains a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a single vanity. The loft contains a sleeper sofa (queen) and a BEAUTIFUL TREETOP VIEW of Lake Tenkiller!



Outdoors you'll find the gas grill , dining table, gas fire table, and stairs leading to the stone fire pit located in the front yard. Observe wildlife and enjoy privacy at Guide House as one side of the property is surrounded by trees with only wooded lots immediately below.



Cabin road and driveway does not allow for boat parking. Please message us if you plan to bring your boat to discuss available options. A trailer dolly is available to assist parking an unloaded trailer on property.



LOCATION! Strayhorn Marina is 1.5 miles away and offers daily boat rentals, kayak rentals, and boat slip rentals.
