Highly recommend
Very clean and fancy rooms, great service and at a convenient location. I stayed at three hotels in Jeju Island and this one was easily the best.

Room was clean but the rest of the hotel had dirty carpet and a smell. Good location.

Excellent to stay in with wonderful surroundings to have a walk in the morning
Kyoshik, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent new clean bed and pillow. Towel and carpet need to be replaced but clean. Staff understand english and ready to serve you. Breakfast was good with a variety western and eastern food and coffee excellent. Didn't use the pool on the roof but is cleaned. The value is great and loved the location. Bus stop right at the door of the hotel and a CU. Market and restaurant are very close to the hotel.
Alexandre, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location allows you to walk to the night market and good restaurants. The room was very spacious but the hotel is rather dated and run down.
Audrey, 3-night trip

We booked the parlor suite which allowed 6 people to stay in it but hotel asked for us to pay for any person more than 4. They also wanted us to pay for extra blankets when requested. We paid for another room instead as the room was too small for 6 anyways. They should not be advertising that the room is big enough for 6. Other than that the room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice that they have a coin laundry room and a CU connected to it. Also close to the markets and food street.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but the value for the money is good. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect. The staff is awesome. The only problem might be certain hallways (ex: 5th floor) with dirty rugs and mold scent. I still recommend the place.
Alexandre, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room itself was spacy, very functional (👍) and clean. The facilities like the floors, the terrace and the rooftop pool need an update ( broken tiles, chairs, rusty..). The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Perfect
Great hotel, great staff. Nice 8th floor pool and adjacent deck area looking over harbor. Rooms very clean. 1st floor laundry and 24 hr CU store. Bus stop (airport shuttle 600) right in front. Perfect.
Kevin, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice park across the street with walking trails and exercise equipment.
Joseph, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This is a gem of a hotel at a very good price - well-located near the food streets of Seogwipo (especially Olle market) and overlooking the port and ocean. It has a great heated rooftop pool, very helpful reception desk, large clean rooms, a small gym and and a good breakfast with Korean and non-Korean options. And the airport “limousine” bus stops right outside the hotel which is super convenient. And - handy tip - there is a scooter hire just behind the hotel (ask the front desk). Highly recommend.
Christopher, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Spacius room, great location to go to the market in the evenings and use as a base for daily trips. The only thing this hotel really does need to do, is renew the carpet in their halls. This gives a total different, un desired atmosphere in the hotel.
Yvonne, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Its a stone throw away the market and places of interest
winnie, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Conveniently located to the market and other food places. Ample space for parking. Room was spacious and clean.
Clarence, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff are friendly, however, the property needs some serious renovations. They have a convenience store in the hotel, which was very convenient for me
Fatimah, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Although the common spaces of the hotel are starting to show their age a bit, we were very pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The property has a lot of amenities, especially for families, and the attached CU convenience store was great. Location was also very convenient - short walks to restaurants and tourist attractions, and the airport bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Kristina, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel in Jeju
Great location - near to the food street, waterfalls, and the bus to the airport. Hotel looks old outside but the rooms are nice. Only thing we didn't like was the fact that the closet lights come on every time someone walks past the toilet. This means that when you use the toilet at night, the lights come on. There was no way to turn this off.
Joanna, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

Superior Twin Room
Hotel is old, but rooms seem to be renovated not so long ago, so no complain on the room side, it was spacious and clean. However, our room window was directly to like a small terrace part of the hotel facade, and there was trash in there, socks and water bottles, so it kind of ruined our view. The hallways rug would look better with a good cleaning. Area of the hotel is good, food street a few steps away, and while the hotel is located at the other Isle side from the Airport, you can can get the bus in front of the hotel.
Cristina, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We were greeted by an English-speaking male staff who took the time to go through a checklist for our stay. We had a beautiful sea view room for our 2 nights stay. Bus 600 to Jeju Airport is just in front of hotel. The other bus stop coming from airport is about 1-2 minutes away. There are 4 coin laundry machines and 4 dryers in the basement, just next to the CU convenience store, which was another plus! Although we do not have use of the air con, we could opened a window to let in the cold air. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us.
RICHARD, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Situated in a quiet part of the town. Room is clean and spacious but the layout is " unconventional". Wash basin is open and in the front of the room. Room also have 2 doors? And sound insulation from the door is quite bad. You can hear very clearly when people walk past and what they are talking.

8/10 Very good

We had the parlour suite, so there was a living room and a study area to laze around after a day of travelling. The hotel is located within a 10 min walk to the Seogwipo Olle Market with lots of street snacks and some restaurants around, so we had no trouble finding food options in the area. Hotel breakfast was okay, with a balance of variety and quality - there's a self-cooking station for you to cook your own eggs if you wish to. Price paid was good considering the size of the room. The downside is that the hotel is a 1 h 40 min bus ride from the airport if you take the airport bus 600, and would have been over an hour even if you take a cab. It feels really long when you are tired from a flight. The good thing though is that the area is a lot less crowded and busy compared to Jeju city, so if you are looking for a quieter area it could be well worth the travelling time.
