Well check in was a breeze. Room was everything you want in a room. The best was the hand written note with two mints that said "hope you have a wonderful stay" signed Alex. It's the little things that make all the difference. Breakfast was good too.

Comfortable and clean

First impression when arriving to front counter by staff wasn’t the best but that changed quickly. Maybe she was having a bad night but a smile goes a long way and she was very friendly by the time I got my key. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if I was ever in the area.

Desk clerk was very harried and curt. She seemed to be over extended perhaps short handed. Good to know there is no elevator and all the king rooms are in the 2nd floor so you will have steps to climb. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We both got a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was a bit skimpy. Out of many items and multiple guests were bringing that to the attention of the front desk. When eggs, sausage and sausage gravy finally were replaced they were all cold much to the disappointment of many guests.We have stayed at this property several times and never had a problem with the breakfast. I am chalking this up to a short handed weekend. I know they can do better.

Nice place to stay

Super nice place to stay, everything was clean and comfy. They had a super comfy bed and the comforter was actually nice, not thin and crappy like other places. The only thing that was off was there wasn't a chain lock on either doors, only the dead bolt. Also the door handle to outside door wasn't screwed in right and handle would fall off when tried to open it. But that's just me being nit picky. The parking lot was small when you drive a big truck.

My grandson found someone's pill on the floor, so the room wasn't vacuumed very well before we got to the room. Guess they don't come into your room to do anything unless you ask. And we were there for two nights.Most of the outlet's would not charge my phone, and the lamp by the bed did not work.

I went to eat breakfast at 8:15 hours were from 6-9:00. There was nothing available and all I got from the manager was I’m sorry. I paid for a room that offered hot breakfast and got none. A refund is in order.
