We were very disappointed during our short stay in this hotel. We only stayed there for a few hours to rest prior our flight from Viracopos airport, however the stay ended up being not restful at all since there was a loud party happening at the hotel. Guests could hear the loud music even with the windows completely closed!! We talked to the reception asking if they could at least try to turn down the volume, but the staff simply stated that "it is as it is" as it's a "company party". For that high price, we'd highly suggest everyone to book at other reliable hotel chains. Also, the room amenities was very limited and the bathroom floors looked dirty and unclean. Plus, if needed, transportation is extremely expensive. Just to go to the airport by taxi, it will cost you about 100 reais and not many uber drivers will accept the drive due to the extra toll fees. So be extremely aware! Overall, definitely not worth the stay!!

Great hotel
The hotel is very clean, staff is polite, room is good and very clean. Unfortunately I was there for business so I couldn’t enjoy the pool, or others rest areas, they have a very nice swimming pool. It’s close to the city and very safe.
