Prior to stay, multiple emails and phone calls to hotel, for confirmation of check-in procedures, and a late-check-out request, went unanswered until last-minute. All calls currently go to an off-site phone bank, not the front desk, and they do not have access to reservation information, so they cannot help.
Check-in at the hotel desk took one (1) hour to get into room.
There were Keurig cups in the room, but the one machine was located in the lobby, and there was a sign asking to not use the Keurig and the microwave at the same time.
