We rented through VRBO but the actual unit is managed by East-West Hospitality. We only knew the exact unit we were getting about a week in advance. We found East-West Hospitality easy to work with and the location was good. A quiet complex in a gated community and if the conditions are right, ski-in/ski-out access. The bus service is very convenient, picking you up right in front of your unit for transport to Centennial Village.
As a family of 6, this unit checked the main boxes for us - quiet, 5 beds, a table to seat 6 and room to gather in the living room. However, unit #152 is dated. Honestly, the unit needs a remodel starting with the floors. Carpet in the bathrooms, around the toilets is just gross. The appliances are dated and some need repair, such as the toilet that took an hour to refill after a flush. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishware but was missing some critical items such as scissors, a baking sheet and a coffee pot that actually fits in the coffee maker. Also, the furniture was not the most comfortable.
Overall, we liked the Ridge Point Townhomes because it was a good location and size for our family; however, the particular unit we stayed in was below our standard. For this reason, we are rating our overall visit at a 4.
