I had a great time at Melia. The secondary door lock in the original assigned room was broken and the front desk upgraded me to another room with no questions asked. They also surprised me on my birthday with decorations in the room when I returned in the evening. Very thoughtful and proactive staff. Great customer service and friendly staff all around.

Absolutely amazing oasis!! The most beautiful gardens, incredibly well kept 🌱 and there are really a great range of plants and colourful flowers, and the most creative pool set up I’ve ever seen, you can easily get enjoyably lost in this paradise 😍 the staff were also extremely friendly and always providing top service. Nick the manager also checked in with us on our stay as we checked out which was lovely as well :) The location is great too. My partner and I rented a scooter and rode around the entire island the first day (took about 1.5 hours) and I’d say Melia is situated close enough to the central areas and the airport (approx 15mins), central Samui (approx 10-15min), and fisherman’s village (approx 15-20mins), but without the noise. So we regularly went out to enjoy markets and shopping close by, while being able to come back to a peaceful oasis to relax and chill. Overall, my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thank you!!
