We found the hotel to be way below the standards of an average hotel.  We were not pleased.  The room did not contain a phone, there was no soap, the bed sheets were not fresh, we ran into a couple doing drugs in the hall way and we heard heavy door pounding throughout the night.  We decided to checkout out of your hotel the following morning on October 1st.  We did not feel safe at your hotel.  I sent them an e-mail asking them for a refund for the nights that we did not stay there. I just received my credit card statement and they billed me for 4 full days including the daily city tax. Can you help me get my money back for the nights I did not stay there? Robert Ordaz

First time in Paris and I really liked this hostel.. it was clean staff was nice the ONLY ISSUES were that we were not able to bring our own food and store it in fridges or cook something we’d like… Also no bagage storage free of charge.. it cost about 4€ for 6 hours.. they don’t make the bed when you first check in you have to do it yourself

Nice but track your room marks

Room is spacious,beds are a dense foam mattresses that seems kind of random in their platform settings. Stopper on bathroom does was off and on the ground so our door started originally off track and was a little scary for us. We put it on track but monitored it didn't fall off track again while staying in the room. Shower had Paris sewage smells if you are first to get it started, but wasn't too bad.

Funky place but with BED BUGS

Staff were lovely, the dorm room was spacious with clean bathrooms and linen BUT there were BED BUGS!! I was covered in bites the next morning and had to travel back to the UK in great discomfort. I’m still itchy two days later. The reception was apologetic and offered me a free breakfast but that’s not really good enough. The room needs to be steam cleaned and the mattress replaced.

It was a rough experience. I got there early in the morning and could not check in early. I had to pay for two lockers for my stuff. The private room with one bed is very bare with little furniture. I felt like I paid for what a hotel would have cost with zero amenities. Plus, this hostel isn't even in a nice neighborhood. The neighborhood definitely has a decent amount of crime and is not safe to walk in the late evening. It is also far from a lot of attractions. There were even fireworks some nights that kept going off. There were no good restaurants nearby the hostel. I ordered some dinner at the hostel, but it didn't taste great. They mainly just had pizza. The service was not great either. I tried to take a shower one evening around 6:00 pm, and there was no hot water. The staff there then suggested I just take a shower in the communal bathroom. I was not sure of what the cleaning schedule was, but I only got my room cleaned around 3 days out of the 8 days I stayed there. On the day I had to leave for the airport at 5:30 am, I got locked in the hostel with no recepetionist. I tried to push a few doors open, but none would open. They locked the doors on the outside because the neighborhood is bad, but they locked them on the inside. I had to pay around 28 Euros because the Uber driver cancelled after waiting for me, which was not my fault. I barely received an apology or a solution for any problems the hostel caused for me.
