Low lows and mid rests
The hallway smelled terrible on the second floor by the elevator and the saddest attempt at a continental breakfast I have ever seen. The pool was really small, but it was a good temp and fine. Hot tub was very hot, but I like mine that way. Staff was fine. Beds were fine and room was clean enough. No frills. Its a $25 dollar a night hotel masquerading as a $55 dollar a night hotel.

We wanted an inexpensive stay before an early flight the next day. Rooms were fine but rundown. Floors and shower curtain were dirty/stained. The pool was nice but towels were scarce. Got what we needed for our trip, but wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

This property was in a great area very close to everything and a safe neighborhood but the hotel itself was dirty and old the sheets and blankets have burn marks and everything smelled like cigarettes the pool and everything was outdated and the pool end cut one of my children . Also breakfast was very limited to waffle toast with nothing to put on them and very little syrup. But overall great location but old and not well taken care of hotel

Gross room, double charged, terrible service
We were in town for a family wedding.Upon check in the issues already started with payment. Half of the payment was already pre authorized when we got there. Instead of charging the remaining balance, they insisted on processing full payment, plus a $50 deposit. Payment kept declining because they already were holding $114 of the total $229 stay. So trying to process $279 in addition to the $114 already being held wasn’t working because now there was only $220 left in the account to charge. The desk insisted once the room was checked into, the $114 would immediately return to the account. We ended up paying for the room, in full, in cash, thinking the 114 that was being held would be “immediately returned”. Instead, we got to our room and discovered that ANOTHER $114 was processed to our card. So now, we have paid for the room IN FULL, twice. The money was NOT immediately returned. In fact, it took a FULL WEEK for that money to be returned to our bank, which ultimately left us broke the whole weekend for our family wedding. And if that weren’t enough, when we got into the room, it was filthy. Everything was sticky from the surfaces, to the bathroom floor, to what appeared to be dried up lotion (I hope) on the furniture. The inside of the microwave was completely nasty. It wasn’t even vacuumed.We went and got extra sheets to cover the furniture, and a bottle of cleaner to clean down the room ourselves before we could even be comfortable. I have pictures and video of it all.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Could walk to stores, marketplace, fast food all within 5 minutes. Was a very good and safe area. Some stuff was a little outdated but clean. Our room was very clean. For the price it was very nice. Will stay again.

This location is terrible. Upon arrival room was not ready, needed to be cleaned.. Inside room was terrible, wasn’t given big wash clothes and towels, said there was Internet available but could never connect. hot tub chlorine levels was too high to enjoy the hot tub. Our room keys were deactivated half way through the stay. Not allot of decent breakfast options. Just waffles, and cereal. Would not stay again.

No bugs. Sheets seem clean. Older property with very musty/urine oder. Lots of children. A little noisy. Took a while to check in. Lady at check in took care of the 2 gentleman in front of me and the one behind me before getting to me. The one man had an extensive issue with checking in. The gentleman behind me apologized to me for the lady assisting him before me. I asked to please have a quiet room and was given one in the middle of a large group of people with many children, talking loudly on their phones in the hallway while kids ran up/down. We had just arrived so i asked for my money back but we given another room. It was alittle quieter. I would not stay here again.
