Beachfront view is 5 stars. Location is great many restaurants to dine in. Super clean hotel overall and the pools were my favorite spot. The only takeaway is parking lot is limited and parking spaces are narrow.

Great view from the 27th floor but only 2 unairconditioned elevators were working so it took awhile to get to and from room. We did have a maid let herself into our room a few hours after we checked in. I don’t know what she was looking for but she left when she saw us inside the room

Elevators are down somedays but they try to work on the problem by having staff attend to elevator on reception floor. However, going back down can be a huge hassle- especially if you’re on a top floor. Shower head was completely ruined, water spraying in all directions. Lights for bathroom mirror would turn on but would dim completely out within a few seconds. Not much amenities but store/restaurants connected was of great convenience. Pretty view from balcony with the occasional stingrays sighting! Overall an average ok stay.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado en mi vida
Para empezar, pregunte por el precio directo en recepción y es más caro de lo que me costo a través de esta app, el servicio es horrible empezando desde la persona que se encuentra a la entrada, el hotel esta está muy viejo y deteriorado para lo que cobran, las toallas de la habitación viejas, parecian ya trapos rotos. Fuera de eso, te quieren cobrar por todo, bendito hotel no le quiere perder nada; para entregarte los controles de TV y A.A., debes de dejar un depósito de $200 pesos, que a mi parecer, eso es un servicio dentro de la renta. El control del AA ni era el correcto, tuve que prenderlo manuelmente. Aparte, pésimo servicio de estacionamiento, te cobran $110 por dejar una noche tu carro, el estacionamiento horrible, si quieres dejar tu carro en el 1er nivel, debes dejar tus llaves. Yo decidí dejarlo en el 2do y según ahí ya nadie me movia y tenía mi cajon, además que por el pago podía salir y entrar cuantas veces quisiera. Salí y cuamdo regrese, todo lleno, que debí hacer doble fila y dejar mi llave, no lo hice y mejor lo deje afuera, ni se podia pasar entre los carros, a como pude salí, exiguí hablar con el gerente pero no estaba por que ya estaba dormido y no querian depertarlo. Al día siguiente reclamé y me iban a reembolsar y cuando acudí a donde pague, no quisieron reembolsarme porque no tenía un ticket que segun me daban al inicio y nunca me dieron nada. En fin, este hotel no se merece ni una estrella, ni si quiera ser rentado.

La llave del lavabo nunca dejó de gotear. En la ducha toda el agua se sale de la bañera porque se satura el tubo del desagüe o quizá por no sirve no lo sé, la llave para ingresar a la habitación infuncional al inicio me tuvo que abrir la camarista. Por la noche se escucha la fiesta de los negocios de la avenida hasta que terminan a las 5 o 6 am.

Primera queja realicé una llamada dos días antes de llegar para verificar unos de talles el cual una persona masculina tomo mi llamada, no quiso darme ninguna información supongo porque la desconocía le solicite su nombre y me colgó el personal de recepción pésima actitud. Segunda queja, como es posible que cobren el estacionamiento para los huéspedes por dia....se me hace una exageración pagar $120 por día...mi estancia fue de 3 noches. Tercera queja, sin agua y en la habitación y al siguiente día por la mañana para disponer a dejar la habitación no se contaba con agua caliente. Cuarta queja las palomas son un fastidio. Quinta queja...olvídenlo
