Check in was chaotic. Had to change the room as he first room was not comfy. Ended up with a smoking room while I had booked for a none smoking room. Staff needs to be trained and they need to be more professional.

It was veey bad and careless attitude of staff, nobody called bsck from reception to my room 2231 for 3 hours. At thr time of billing, it was wrong billing and charged much higher than actual booking charges. I had to wait at reception for one hours. It was horrible experience first time since 2010 i have been visiting this property.

Absolutely beautiful hotel inside. Our room was very nice as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property felt very safe and every car was checked entering; bags also scanned. The location was convenient for the plans I had and was a relatively close walk to food options. The restaurant on site looked good, but was quite costly.
