Great stay, nice staff love the restaurant onsite

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in a great location and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Be cautious about the type of room you book. The “garden” rooms are spacious and clean but require walking up and down several small stairways. The rooms surrounding the pool seem to be more easily accessed.

Staff was exceptional along with spa staff. Very comfortable along with everything you needed to feel right at home. Atmosphere was just a great feel all around. Coming back next time visiting LA. Parking was great! Came and went easily at all hours.

6/10 Good

Hotel is in a good area. Very beautiful. Staff is very helpful. The only reason I gave 3 star is because place felt like a beautiful/ long term stay for older people. I was looking for a beautiful spot but with more up beat energy. If you are looking for a very quiet spot and away from people this spot can be good but if you are seeking more fun, up beat spot… I would not.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in an amazing and very safe area. Parking costs $55 daily, but you can park just behind the streets to avoid overpaying. The hotel rooms are a little old and the doors always make noise. Lastly, they ask for a $100 deposit per night, which is too much and makes no sense. Overall, I recommend staying here.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was so kind and eager to assist us in anyway. The rooms were so comfortable but be aware that there are a lot of steps to go to your room in certain sections of the hotel. We are planning our next trip to this hotel for next year already.
