Not a fan of the Sonesta
We own a pet shipping company and we are always transporting pets to the LAX airport. When we checked in I was told I would have to pay $150 for less then 2 hours for the dog to stay in the hotel room. To avoid the $150 I asked the front desk if it was okay to wait in the lobby. She allowed us to do so but only gave us 1 key thinking we would both go up. The room and bathroom looked old, and not as clean. The bed was uncomfortable. it would sink in the middle. Downstairs near the restaurants smelled like cleaning chemicals. Too overbearing. Every time you leave the parking will cost you.
