Room smelled like old stale cigarette smoke, like maybe it had once been a smoking room or maybe a previous guest had smoked in it or something. Fridge had water in it and smelled terribly of left-over food - hubby cleaned it out before we could put our drinks in. Carpets and chair were also very worn/stained. I was expecting better from this hotel.

Carpet was wet around the air conditioner that somewhat worked. Called front desk and they said someone would service it but never did. Breakfast was cold. Hostess was very nice just terrible food. They badly need an update to this place.

Check in was pleasant. I stayed 3 days. My room was cleaned the first day but I was not given clean towels. The next day I return to find my room had not been cleaned. Trash was not taken out, my bed not made and absolutely no clean towels the whole stay. The room and furnishings are outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced in the room and hallway. When I checked out I mentioned that my room was not cleaned and I was told that I should have been told this on check in that the rooms are not cleaned everyday unless the customer specified they want it cleaned daily. I find this interesting especially during this time with the COVID virus, I would think cleaning and sanitizing daily would be the norm. I did not have any breakfast so I can't talk about that. I would give 3 stars.
