Great location close to the waterfront!
We only stayed one night but arrived late with a friendly face waiting to greet us. We wanted a meal and drink after our travel day and found Lion Pub which offered just what we needed. Room was good with comfy bed and small kitchenette. The room was dated and could use some modernizing.

4 Night stay end of January
We stayed for 4 nights and the room was cleaned daily. We were happy with the room, the service, everything except the flooring - it's laminate (a tasteful laminate) but offering no warmth. On the one hand, I felt the room was likely cleaner without carpeting but on the other would have really appreciated a few throw rugs. Since the pool (which is just as beautiful as the pictures online) has certain hours for adults only (which means over 19!) it would have been nice to have been provided a schedule. The service was good in that they answered any questions I had and were polite but nothing stood out as exceptional. In all we enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and we felt safe - I would definitely recommend it!

Great way to see Vancouver
The weather was poor so was glad to be a short walk to the convention center. Parking is VERY EXPENSIVE so consider other locations if you need to park a car. Meal options were great in the area

Had 2 bookings, suite (which was overkill but all that was a avail) for day 1 and double room for day 2 & 3. Requested staff to move my bags while i was out and upgrade roo. If possible, which they dud. Also love the use if tbe Terminal City Fitness and pool/steam/hot tub facilities.

Great location; room needs light.
Location is ideal. Overall condition of the property is excellent. Big downside is terrible lighting in the room - it would easily be solved with one or two lamps but without that it’s virtually impossible to find anything even in daytime.

Wrong but clean room
Hotels.com made the wrong booking. We had asked for a room with 2 double beds but got a room with 1 king bed. The hotel tried to accommodate us but they were fully booked. Other than this little mishap the room was clean and the location was excellent.

Poor 2,0
The room is super close to the elevator. The noise was so loud and I couldn't sleep well. People got off from the elevator around 3:00 am and their loud voices woke me up. It doesn't make any sense to set a room that close to an elevator. Very disappointed!!!!

The rooms are nice, clean, and the check-in staff is very courteous. One small issue is that this is not full modern hotel -- there are no common areas, no place to sit at in the lobby, no hotel bar, etc. It's essentially an apartment building that is bring run as a hotel.

Great room! Excellent quality just no place to have a drink or hang out at a lounge.
