I had a terrible experience
It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. When I called to request a booking for the jacuzzi, I was told its booked out and I had to call at 7 in the morning. I was not offered a porter to assist with my luggage and had to take it myself. I was treated like this by a white lady, and I tolerated it. But when I came down reception by the evening after change of shift, there was an African lady, she was very accommodating, extremely helpful, she immediately offered me a room on the 13 floor which was available. She told me she'll let me know if there's any cancellation for the jacuzzi since I was only staying there for one night. She also gave me a booking for the first available time slot for the next day for the jaccuzi and allowed us to use the facility even after we checked out. She apologised for our bad experience, and definitely deserves some form of remuneration and acknowledgement.
