Pretty nice
Really enjoyed our stay here Positives: central location close to everything and the beach, nice clean rooms and well maintained rooms. Enormous pool which is the focal point of the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not much change day to day. Staff were amazing and friendly - Ade in Restaurant was really nice but everyone seemed happy and helpful. Large resort with plenty of things to see and do. Some negatives: Food/Drink prices are really high, I expected a markup at a hotel vs the surrounding places , but $25 for a very average almost cold Pizza is triple or more the price, drinks were AU prices or higher. The buffet etc were the same price or more than places like the Mulia which is a far more expensive hotel and the quality was only so so. Pool was really nice, but some maintenance needed in areas and the slides etc are only for little kids - when the pictures dont really tell this story so couldnt use them. Location is central, but the traffic to get to it is horrendous, can take a long time to get there and back if you need to, Gojek pickups etc all take forever with cars sitting in the same spot for 10mins etc. (obviously this is not in the hotels control - but still a factor) Overall the positives outweighed any negatives - a very pleasant stay.

We stayed a the property for one night, making the early morning trip to the airport easier. We had two rooms for four adults and two children. It took an hour to travel less than 5km. This is due to the location. We were asked to wait by the pool while they prepare our rooms. No beds available as you apparently have to pre book sun beds? This made waiting very difficult! The photographer who captured the photos on Expedia deserves an award! Our rooms smelt of damp and were run down/dated. One had a blocked sink and no working aircon. We raised the issue with the bell boy but nothing was done during our stay. Breakfast was included but very average. Was more like a lunch or dinner buffet. This hotel is 2-3 star. If the building didn’t have the name Hard Rock on it no one would be interested in staying.

I would like to come back again.
It was pretty good for families with children as there is an amazing pool with slides, lifeguards looking after the place to ensure no one is in danger, plenty of water related games to play, and they conduct some kids sessions in the pool for kids which made a lot of parents happy as they have downtime to themselves. The location is good, walking distance to sea, behind has a nice shopping street with plenty of food options. Juz that traffic is very poor there and I suggest to give yourself extra time if you are planning to stay in this hotel and leaving for the airport. Overall experience is good.
