Great spot with amazing breakfast!!
The hotel is great, and the staff is very kind. Our room was big and very clean, the bed was on the hard side (which we liked) and the AC was quiet and strong. The breakfast was incredible, and not to be missed!!! Up the road there are several resorts and the dining options are plenty. The beach in Nusa Dua isn’t great, so we ended up spending a day at a beach club in Uluwatu and loved it too. The hotel’s pool is awesome, though!! We used a laundry service in town, and all we had to do is leave the bags at reception and pick up there when it was ready, the front desk team made it easy! It was my husband’s birthday, and there was a cake waiting for him when we got back in the afternoon - with a hand written note! So cute.

I loved this property, the gardens are exquisite, the pool is large and well kept. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast is world class. My only criticism is though there is a few dining options I found the food in two of these very ordinary. As a 5 star resort I would have liked a free shuttle or taxi from the airport included in the price but was charged double the taxi rate as I later found out. It would be nice if these large resorts have an ATM, just a thought. The rooms are beautiful and have lovely views. Definitely needs to be experienced.
