The room was really nice and quiet. Everything very clean. What I didn’t care for was eating breakfast on a styrofoam plate with plastic silverware. Not eco friendly at all. Putting hot food on styrofoam is very unhealthy.

We have stayed at quite a few hotels in our numerous trips to Rochester. This one is by far my favorite so far. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice bathroom with a really spacious shower. There were the large containers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, so less waste! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, which is possibly most important. The thing about Rochester is that very few people visit there for fun and recreation. There is a very distinct reason to be there. When we are there, it is always, always stressful. The staff at this hotel seemed to go above and beyond to be helpful, which is incredibly welcome during our stays.

The first thing we look at is do they have an electric charger for our car. But even if they didn’t, we would stay here. It’s comfortable. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is great. The soup supper is really a nice touch.
