Waterslides were not operational. Pool was great, but not water slides or lazy river at the moment. Usually great when they were running, but was red tagged this last visit and not able to open. Hopefully, will be fixed soon 🙏 Usually quite fun

The rooms were clean. The water in the bathtub ran all the time. The breakfast was not good. The slides were down which is why I booked the room. The staff was very helpful.

my family loved this hotel came out for my daughter 2nd birthday and you honestly don’t have to leave to have a good time they have a park a waterpark, a regular pool, mini golf a Arcade room, a activity room and a lazy river! not to far from our destination to her party!

Amazing family trip on a budget! For the price, I was more than pleased with all the things for kids to do! The room was a basic hotel room that we only used for sleeping, but that's all we needed. My kids were entertained the entire time between the waterpark, Mini golf, arcade room, and playground. The breakfast was simple, but convenient and included with the room price, so a win win for our big family! It wasn't luxury, but neither was the price. The staff was incredibly friendly! And Pet friendly is always a plus!!

4/10 Fair

Room was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, But my family and I traveled from different parts of the states to have fun with the grandkids , But was so disappointed , we booked our vacation from June to have some fun with the children at the water park. We went August 20th , They send us a message a week before we arriving , we didn’t know everything was closed down until we get there, Everything was closed when we got there. Only a pool was open. The children was so disappointed. Nothing for the kids to do. We had to find some where else to go, so we booked another Hotel and left the next morning., The kids and teenagers had so much fun, I hope when they finish renovation we can try again .

The water park was great; the kids had a lot of fun. However, it took 2 days for us to get washcloths. We had to get our own at a store.

I love the setup of the rooms queen bed with bunkbeds. The water park is open from 12-6. They have free shuttle bus to take you to sea world and other parks. They have free breakfast if you like boiled eggs and cereal.

8/10 Very good

Nice place to spend a staycation. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy and staff are amazing. Would suggest a trash can in room. We were very pleased with everything. It is a older establishment but you can tell the staff really care. Will be back!
Verified review

6/10 Good

The staff were great, very helpful and polite. Not just the room but the whole resort it outdated. Hallways smelled like urine, paint chipping and dirty hallways. The rooms are outdated as well and not a pleasant smell when walking in the room. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, biscuits, juice or coffee. The water Park was ok I guess. Could give the equipment a new paint job to make it more appealing.

Breakfast was not continental and the dining room leaked very outdated amenities kids did have a good time at the water park

You might enjoy the hotel more than me of you have children that would utilize the water park. I think I could have found more hotel for the money if I had factored in the "resort fee'

Could be cleaner, maintenance is not being kept up. Understaffed but people were nice enough. We were frequent visitors previously and had hoped since the Ramada brand take over things would improve. Disappointed to learn its actually declined further. This will be our last visit.

Hotel is very dirty and out dated. Staff are not helpful and hotel is ran by mostly kids
Verified review

6/10 Good

The room was good, it was clean and great size for a family of 5. On our first night the a/c was not cooling but I called the front desk and it was fix within the hour. We had a few encounters with the staff and the customer service was not good. They’re under staffed and wait times for the food were too long 45 minutes + and super pricey. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, even the kids complained about the pancakes being dry and too hard. Overall it was not good stay and we’re probably not staying there again.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park and honestly it was disappointing. First, the water park was okay and clean, which was probably the best part of the stay. But the bar wasn’t open and the restaurant was closed too. The free breakfast was nasty. The boiled eggs were overcooked, the orange juice from the machine tasted bad, and the pancakes tasted like frozen pancakes heated up. If you wanted a better breakfast, you had to pay extra for it. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Would not let us check in at 4. Would not let us check in at 5. Finally at 6 pm let us check in. By the time we un packed and got ready for the water park it was Closed !! People smoking in there door ways. Family pool was over packed by double the capacity. The breakfast was cold pancakes and boiled eggs. I was appalled. Then they say water park is not open at 11 like they told us the day b4. It opened at 12. Well we had to leave. Never got to use the water park. No help from anyone.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The water park looks in good shape, we just stayed for a night and didn’t intend on using it but out overall impression of the hotel was not great. It’s not the cleanest, it’s old and grubby feeling. The playground is really dirty and the continental breakfast was just yogurt and toast. We wouldn’t go back
Verified review

6/10 Good

For the check in, we had to wait almost an hour as the room wasn't ready. The room was clean. When I needed towel during our stay, the office always told me that they weren't washed yet to come back later to pick them up. I found only one lady at the cafeteria/restaurant that was specially friendly and nice. I wish they would add scrambled eggs not just boiled. One of my grandkids only ate bread or cereal as there was no other protein. Not too many people were friendly. In the room there were areas that need to be repair as it was rusty. You could hear the people in the next room which were very noisy at night. The pool didn't seem clear. I couldn't see under the water and there was a ring of dirt / grease around the pool. I almost threw up as I was disgusted. I will not be returning.
