The front desk service was amazing and so helpful. Needed a pack and play for my grand daughter to take a nap, and it was there when we needed it! Parking was crazy because they were trimming palm trees - but, what can you do.

Has to pay for parking but it was nice that they had an overflow parking garage. Location is great. 8 min walk to Disneyland. Next to CVS, lots of close places to eat. No breakfast but my kids never eat hotel breakfast anyway. Kind of old and you can hear people in the halls but it was good enough to stay a couple nights.

We got the family suite. There was enough space for my daughter's wheelchair. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good. Air conditioner worked good, no issues. We didn't had any issues with parking either.

Bed Bugs - Family Suite 3rd Floor

We booked the family suite for our Disneyland vacation based on the location, cost, and separate space. We traveled to Anaheim and have stayed at a lot of hotels near Disneyland. It’s obvious that this is an old hotel, but overall it seemed okay at first. The day we checked out, we found a bed bug and for us that ruined this hotel forever. No second chances. We spent so much time when we got home doing a deep clean of all of our things to ensure we didn’t bring any of them home. So disgusting.
