The hotel is in need of a major renovation. Our friend’s room had lighting issues and our bathroom had water that leaked from the roof when it was raining. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the room. I just expected more from a 5 star hotel, it’s more of a 4 star. I guess the price reflects the quality. I would stay elsewhere next time

Fantastic location and excellent facilities. Restaurants in the resort were of a high exceptional standard particularly the Japanese and Italian ones. Swimming pool had numerous missing tiles throughout its floor. Beach front is okay but somewhat polluted with floating rubbish, which is typical of other Bali beaches as well.
