Room rooms were clean. Staff was really nice, location was really good in the heart of Times Square. I’d say the only downside was rooms are a bit dated

It was a very pleasant 2 day stay in Oct. we stayed on 29th floor with a corner room with great views. While we did stay in time square, you would have never known bc the room was very quiet and no loud noises from the streets to disrupt our mornings or nights.

It’s at the heart of Manhattan. Right outside the Port Authority bus terminal/ subway so all the major transit hub is right next door. The rooms are pretty quiet considering the location.

It was a great experience first time to New York, all staff members from the concierge, belle boy, hotel check in, to servers at restaurants everyone was very friendly and informative. Even though we only stayed one day it was a great experience. Over all recommend this hotel for location to all historic places around the city.
