Have stayed here twice now, once with family and once solo. Great hotel with a boutique vibe and great amenities. The spa with sauna, steam, pool, and gym might be my favorite thing about it. Staff friendly and helpful (one front desk staffer recognized me from stay 18 months earlier). Location is hard to beat, close to Holborn tube station, and easy walk to Covent Garden, Soho, British Museum, supermarkets, restaurants and more. If this was part of a loyalty program I care about, I'd stay here every visit (and might still anyway).

A very well designed funky hotel with outstanding amenities for a central London hotel. Swimming pool and a new roof top bar were excellent. Rooms were also extremely impressive in terms of design, space and amenities. And unusually for London, attentive and proactive staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room - 2 double beds was a great choice for a heatwave. Pool was a lovely escape from the heat too. Air con was set on 18c 24 hrs a day which was needed when it was 34c outside. Fabulous breakfast especially with eggs cooked to order - tip go early to avoid the queue. Only downsides - no spin dryer in the pool area so swimsuits needed to drip all day in the shower where there was little facility to hang them. Larger mugs or cups for tea would be helpful or a teapot - we brought back from breakfast.
