It was a terrible hotel that I booked for 2 nights and regret. There was nothing in the room but beds, tv, a chair, lamps. The toilet wouldn't flush completely so by the time we left it was horrible. There were no kleenix, no cups. If you wanted ice, you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice.
The breakfast was a to go bag of muffins granola bars (and as my granddaughter said "warm sunny D". No coffee It was very disappointing. When you read Ramada, you think of a very nice hotel chain. This was not a nice start to our stay in Arizona. I will have a hard time booking through Hotels.com again. I trusted this site to give us reliable hotels that are nice.
