When I got there on Wednesday, they thought they had a room ready for me. The key didn’t work so I had to wait for another room, but it was before check in so I have to give them that so when the room was ready, and I went in and unpacked I found out one of the appliances wasn’t working, which was a small microwave And they said they have to look for another oven so it didn’t work so I said well what if I bought a small oven and you reimburse me and they said no so I bought the oven and used it and then I asked them if I would check out a day early, would you reimburse me and they said yes that’s OK But when I tried to check out at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday, they were closed until 10 and I said I have to get out of here so Before 11 AM, I contacted them and they checked me out but the beginning of the day when they said if you are unhappy, you can just stay somewhere else
