Work Stay
The Lamphey Hall is a great place to stay situated just outside Pembroke. Upon arrival the staff are friendly and welcome and nothing is an issue. The room is well presented, comfortable with sky TV. All the amenities are available including coffee/tea and complimentary shampoo and body wash. There is plenty of off street parking. The bar is a welcoming place to sit and have a quiet drink with the bar friendly bar staff. Highly recommended.

Work Visit
When I arrived I thought the hotel was closed as the reception door was locked. I went into the bistro where I greeted with a smile and they were expecting me. The Hotel had just reopened after some refurbishment work. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the bar before retiring to the room. I only stayed in a single room, which was clean and comfortable. The only issues I had with the room were that I could not get the TV to work as it needed to be connected to the wifi and also the electric shower trickled rather than sprayed water, but these are the only things wrong.

It was a great stay , lovely hotel . Plenty of parking , lovely surroundings . Staff were super helpful and friendly. We stayed in on the Saturday night , watched the football & rugby in the bar while we drank & eat our evening meal washed down with a great ale. We both had the 16oz Gammon which was superb. In all I would definitely stay here again

A good stay. Needs a couple of tweeks
It was ok. Narrow slit of a window in bedroom. Hallway light stays on all night with light coming into room. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were uncooked and all a little greasy. Cold and drafty in the lounge, had to sit there with a big coat on. Staff were very friendly and good service from them.

Disappointing
On hotels.com the quadruple room is advertised as 2 double beds. This is unfortunately not the case. The room is a double & 2 singles. A broken mirror in our room was a hazard with a 5 year old. Simply placing a lamp to try and disguise the dangerous mirror is not acceptable.

Lovely stay in a lovely hotel.
The people that work there are really friendly, and worked hard at making our stay a nice one. The food was excellent value: big portions, delicious, and reasonably priced. I'm used to spending at least £6 for a pint of Beer, so I was surprised when a pint of Beer, and two Soda and Limes come to £5. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and although the TV in the room was small, we didn't go on holiday to watch telly, so this wasn't a problem for us. Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk in the rooms were plentiful, and were quickly topped up when we asked. The bathroom had a sink, shower, toilet, and nice, big, clean, towels - all we needed for our two night stay. There's a lovely old ruin a short, walk away - it's called Lamphey Palace. It's very quiet, and is well worth a look. If we do ever visit the area again, we would like to stay at the Lamphey Hall Hotel again.
