When I walked in to ask about a room, I was asked if I had reservations. When I said no, I was immediately told that there were no rooms available. When I showed him my phone that said that there were 5 rooms available, according to Hotels.com, he looked at the computer and said "oh, yeah, there was a cancellation". Not sure if he didn't feel like doing the work or not, but a bad start.
It was a quick overnight stay. The room was comfortable, though I really hate it when bathrooms have the sink outside the bathroom. Wouldn't bother a lot of people.
The breakfast offerings were very good.
