The room smelled like mildew. The phone didn't work, no dial tone. The bedding had stains. The bed was so uncomfortable. The shower was moldy.

Fair experience.
Room was very clean. Heater was working intermittently. It would make a loud sound. I called room service the guy was very polite and responsive. He offered us new room or some discount, we were too tired to move so accepted a discount. So far no discount showed on our statement. Lobby bathrooms were non functional and area was smelly. Luckily it was far enough from dining area. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. Hope you fix your rattling heater and make lobby washrooms working. If you promised a discount, I hope it comes.

Everything was great except the pillows which is my fault that I left mine at home. The room is great and the staff is wonderful. I felt like an idiot that I had to ask a question about the TV, the gentleman came to my room to help. TOP MARKS ALL AROUND!!

The bedding was absolutely disgusting. The tops of white comforters on both beds were dirty, to be specific- they were brown. We removed them and did not use covers. The pillows were yellow-to the point of not using any of them also. The bathroom door was absolutely nasty. Black fingerprints and dirty smudges everywhere. There were skittles all over on the carpet, The room was obviously not cleaned well. Overall, If we were not in a time crowd To be somewhere on time.... I would have canceled the reservation.

It was ok. The room did have a mold issue, especially from the a/c. The bathroom was not very clean. Other than that, there were no other issues. The staff was very friendly and it was quiet.

The room smelled musty, both bedding and floors. Definitely needs a remodel, new bedding, curtains changed, AC cleaned out and filters changed and a deep cleaning. Air did not cool down my entire stay.
