    False advertising

    It says there is free parking that is not true. It says airport shuttle 24 hours that is not true! Don't bother to stay this far from the airport thinking you can park for free and get to the airport on time. The beds need to be upgraded and the housekeepers need to be paid more to care.

    Wake-up call to wrong room

    There was only towels, coffee, etc in our room as if the reservation was for 2, but it was for 2. Inconvenient to go to the desk for more. The room phone rang at 4 am, 4 different times until my husband angrily said, stop calling! We never got much sleep after that.

    The card keys don't open the outside doors. The woman at the desk said she'd notify maintenance. I had two dogs and had to unload and walk every thing and the dogs through the lobby. At one point someone had placed a rock in the door jam so that the door wouldn't close. Not very safe over night! I have to say the room was nice except for the torn carpet and the rust on the bathroom walls.

    They were very accommodating in providing me with a first floor room. In a four-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. My room key would not work after its first use each day. Had to keep going back to front desk to re-key the room key. Did not seem to have their s*** together.

    Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. Said ice was on 1st and 3rd floors. Machine on 3rd floor wasn't even on. No vending machine. Coke, Sprite or juice were the only choices at the "store". TV didn't work. Called front desk they said to push a certain button. That didn't work. Called to have shuttle pick us up at the airport they said 40 minutes. After 50 minutes I called again. Said,"He's on his way" . After another 20 minutes the shuttle came. Driver didn't even get out of vehicle to help load bags. On the ride to the hotel the driver informed us it was his 23rd birthday. There was even a sign up in the front of the shuttle that said Birthday Boy. Looked like a 6 year old wrote it. There was a cup with a couple of dollars in it up by the driver. No way was I tipping him he didn't do anything but drive. Person at the desk was talked ALOT. Felt sorry for the person behind me having to wait so long.

    Don’t take the shuttle if you want to get anywhere on time. Called and by the time the shuttle finally Got to us at the airport we had waited 1 hour 20 mins. Could have probably walked the eight miles in that time. When I called 20 mins in to clarify that we were in the right place I was so rudely informed that I was not in the place at the right time (was informed it took 30-40 mins from call to get to shuttle pick up- we were at shuttle Pickup in 20 mins) called multiple times and staff was rude or told us “20-25 mins”. When the shuttle finally picked us up we asked for air (it’s 65 degrees), no they don’t have anything but hot air that blows. Wonderful, a horrible Experience, I tried to look past the sub par rooms, the unpleasant staff and ridiculous price for parking but this was over the top one of the worst customer services I have ever received. Will not stay again and I am a pretty easy going person.

    Do NOT recommend

    Let me begin with that I’m not a person who likes to leave negative reviews but our stay was pretty bad so here it goes. It all started with us checking into our room. We walked in and had seen that someone must have sat on the bed and then the worst of all there was a big poop in the toilet. Front desk lady at the time was so apologetic and gave us a new room. We then couldn’t get into the 2nd room due to either the key or key reader not working. Third time is a charm and we got into a descent room. The next day we used the pool; we had a great time but the pool floor and walls are needing TLC it was flaking off. The elevators need TLC also (sticky floors and dated walls). Then the tv wasn’t working so I called the front desk and I was completely blown off. We went without tv the entire day. We then needed washcloths and they had me come down to the front and they could only give me 2. While I was down there I was looking for some Tylenol for sale and couldn’t find any so I asked the lady who was at the front desk and she had the worst attitude and said in a snarky way “there is Advil right there and it will be 2$” let me make it clear that it was 1 package with 2 tabs in it (200 mg total). One of the side outside doors’ key reader didn’t work and our room key reader was touchy also. We paid a little over 300$ for 2 nights; not worth it!

    Truly the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. The check in process involved the front desk informing me that someone has been breaking in (multiple times) and sleeping in empty rooms. After arriving to our room (third floor away from the break ins), we were met with a stomach dropping scent wall of mold and mildew. The door did not latch without pulling it closed, and the floor was sticky and stained. The bathtub had a drip and I didn’t even feel comfortable washing my hands in the sink. The courtesy soap bottles were obviously used previously and replaced half full. Arriving to the hotel, you drive through a frontage road full of semis and campers staying overnight, with no street lights. Overall a terrible experience that I didn’t feel comfortable being alone during.
