Good hotel but overpriced for what you get
Very colorful hotel but it looks like they just repaint and replace the doors and other parts of the structure. The air conditioner/heating was very difficult to use. I called the front desk for instructions and they said it was very complex to turn on the heat or A/C and they would send up maintenance to come take care of it. Maintenance came over an hour later. Pool and pool area were extremely nice and well kept.

Not going back
To start the hotel is more of a motel and needs some major upgrades. And we were told that the cabanas was $200 to rent when we checked in but when it came time to reserve one we were told $400 however, was told by a group that had rented one that they were only charged $200🤔. I asked 4 different times with desk, even went to the front desk personally and kept being given the proce of $400 even though i was originally told $200. I only came here because the gets loved how colorful it looked from the website and picked this hotel (motel) but we will not be going back.

A bit overpriced
The staff was incredibly nice and the pool food was really good. The rooms were sub par and less than basic. No coffee maker and hardly any outlets to charge devices. The hallways smelled very musty and the rooms didn't feel clean. It seemed overpriced for what we got. The pool is great though and I loved that we could rent bikes.

This was my second stay at the Saguaro and my family absolutely loves it. Great service, friendly staff and a very unique hotel. We will continue to come back. My only issue was quite a few younger children in the pool area. This doesn’t seem to be a hotel for younger families since there is a bar and loud music at the pool. Other than the worry of small kids, our stay was great!

Was really bummed the pool water was ice cold. Even being 90 degrees out, still could not get used to the water. Mainly went there to g in the pool.

Maybe not during covid.
Rooms are outdated and look really dirty for the price. The pool is small and the music they had was not good. We were told the pool area had a good vibe. It didn't. We would of been better staying at a motel 6.

Fun and Comfort
You can tell from.down the block this is a fun place. This midcentury treasure has gotten a colorful update. The front desk crew had a very positive and welcoming energy. There are vibrant colors everywhere. The onsite restaurant and bar seems to be a local hot spot. It was busy and fun. The only two improvements I can suggest are the motion activated light switches in the room may need a manual off switch. The lights in the room came on every time I rolled over and I had to get out of bed to turn them off again. It also would been nice to have a nice overstuffed chair in the room to relax in.

Seemed like a 'party' hotel for Gen Zers and Millennials. Rooms were not ready at checkin time...well over an hour later before we got into our rooms. Pool area and restaurant were very good...service excellent. Overall a tired hotel, in need of some updating and thorough cleaning throughout. Good place to go for a party atmosphere.

Hotel is SO Palm Springs
GRET stay. The hotel is something ideal you would imagine from Palm Springs (the colors, furniture, etc.) The views from the room overlooking the mountains and pool was just beautiful. The staff was welcoming, great food at the on-sight restaurant. The hotel also has bikes that you can rent out and explore. Theres a shopping center across the street if you want other food/grocery options.

I wasn’t happy with third-party up charging $300 a night for a less than mediocre room I had to pay extra forAnd upgraded room I am usually pleased with your service but not this time
