Easy check in, clean well equipped apartment. A little out of it but all essential shops takeaways cafes restaurants a stone's throw away. owner Rene a phone call away if needed nothing to much trouble would definatley recommend can't wait to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the property. Was greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. The apparent was very clean and spacious with everything you need. The whole building is very clean and modern and is all contacless. In a very good location with a tram stop right outside. would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Definitely a recommend for a Blackpool stay
Firstly Rene is an absolute gentleman and will make you feel really welcome and totally at home in his apartments. Value for money it was a really good deal and the location is superb with the most incredible sunsets over the road. During our stay there were builders next door who started at 8.00am which was a pain but unfortunately was not in Renes control. We stayed in apartment 3 which was really nice and clean but did have noise from the above apartment which was apparent each morning. We will return in September with friends but will choose one of the sea view apartments which were really lovely. I am a harsh reviewer but overall this is a well recommneded stay in Blackpool.
