A minimal place, matched by price. Staff was great. Large suite, comfy beds, very clean. No bells or whistles or decor. For people who want to be in a great part of the city, comfy and clean and don’t care about much else, I recommend this highly. The little cafe next door has great coffee etc. and your room door is opened with a real key. It’s like you really live there.

Highly recommend - very convenient to SOHO, China Town, Little Italy and the famous Katz Deli. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Having a suite is perfect for making meals.

This place is a great price for a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen in Soho. It is a bit outdated but the place was clean and comfortable and all the appliances were working. They have daily housekeeping and the 2 guys at reception were happy to help and very personable. I think it’s great value for money.

Larger than average studio room which was in a great location for restaurants, bars and cultural attractions in the LES, Soho, Nolita and a short walk to Greenwich Village. You feel you are in the real NYC and there are lots of subway stations nearby to take you uptown, downtown and to Brooklyn. The J and Z lines at nearby Bowery Station take you directly to Jamaica Station to connect to the Air Train to JFK. It’s a bit worn in places and would benefit from more pots and pans/ cutlery but for the price,location and friendly staff it’s a great place to stay. Thanks to Gabe, who is a really nice man and very kind and helpful.

The room was clean and was organized well but the room smelled absolutely terrible. It had an odor that was like a combination ofmoth balls & horrible incenses! But the staff was very helpful. The room was simply put together and share bathrooms, clean. It will be amazing location for people who just want to spend the night somewhere on a cheap budget.
