This was not our first time and we returning because the staff is friendly and helpful and makes you feel at home, the location is great and walkable everywhere, near you have markets, restaurants, bar and the most important things to visit are easy to reach. The only thing I would like is to have soundproofed windows in the future, NYC is a really NOISY city 24 hrs a day all days of the year
