We found this hotel very clean and the front desk staff was helpful, polite and professional. The minute we walked into the lobby, the experience with the staff, especially Patrick, was warm and courteous, he checked us in right away making our stay very comfortable. Thank you Patrick, Anastasia, Tanika & Marlon, you all made our trip special. Location is perfect, almost all subway lines are a few minutes walk. The roof top bar had lovely views of the city. Great restaurants close to the hotel. We will surely book our next stay at this hotel.

Great stay
I was there for two days for a concert at Madison Square Garden. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Everyone at front desk was very nice and accommodating. The cookies were delicious. Two short blocks from Maddison Square Garden. Near train station and bus station to Jersey Outlet.
