The hotel had many issues The extra added charge was a surprise The food at the restaurant was horrid We were woken in AM by strikers We had to ask at front for towels. the rooms need to be remodeled. Patio was missing balcony furniture. The techno music coming from the entry was loud and played until 11 PM and then there were union strikers chanting with a megapone around 7 AM. I used to stay there for work often, but will need to find a new hotel.

The room was nice, kinda clean but not great. There was a smell of cigarettes though a non smoking room. The service teams did not always asnwer the phone quickly. For some reason the housekeeping staff removed our robes and then it took 4 calls to get e return call.
