Great hotel! Close to all tourist attractions. Super quiet even though tram stops in front of hotel. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Internet was reliable. The Quentin is a delightful place to stay. Very well soundproofed from the tram stop opposite the front door. The air con is really quiet too and much needed on hot nights. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It’s in a really good location by the river and just 10 minutes walk from the old square. I’d definitely stay there again.

Property was in a perfect location. Rooms had plenty of room and bathroom facilities were great. Only negative, upon arrival I noticed a large amount of ants on, in and under our mattress/bedding. However, we were instantly given a new room right away.

Great location, nice room
I had the Jr. Suite, it was a very nice room, especially for the price. It is centrally located, right in the middle of everything. Everything worked as expected, and the location felt safe. I would definitely stay there again. It's right by the metro station, so getting there from the airport was a breeze (they even sent helpful instructions that told me exactly where to go).

Decent hotel, good location!
Stayed on floor 5, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious as well but the drain in the shower was not working well. The fridge was not working at all and was not fixed during my stay despite several complaints on both the fridge and the shower drain. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast pretty basic.
