I was greeted by a premium staff who offered us premium breakfast and to my surprise they were trying to sell us membership. They wasted almost a day out of my two days stay and from that moment I regret booking this hotel. It was pretty expensive for two days and I did not get to take my kids to the water park to enjoy themselves. Check-in was very lengthy. Very poor service at both restaurants that I tried. This was a wasted time and money. Would not go back.

Fantastic Venue!
I booked this particular hotel because of the Ten Pin Bowling. My daughter loves bowling and we had a fantastic time. We played three games before she agreed to leave. She also loves food and that was in abundance. All the staff sang happy birthday to her and made her day. Big up the Martha’ Restaurant evening crew on Sunday and Monday night. Still waiting for the “Sugar Cane” restaurant to open, so we could sample their food. The Ocean Coral Spring was very clean except for the lift. The lift we used to get to our room looked ancient and could only hold 3 people. We enjoyed the “Lazy River”, excellent fun especially for young people. My favourite was the live band. I didn’t want it to end. The entertainment was great also. We got there on a Michael Jackson tribute night, excellent. We didn’t make it to the disco, because we were too tired. Wished this hotel was around when my children were little, because there’s so much fun for kids also.

The check in was a disaster. It took us 7 hours to get a room. People who came after me in my same room category was accommodated before me. Then we were told they forgot about us. Got to the room no electricity near the door and over the bed. No one came to figure out what was wrong. Two guest checked into a room One wash cloth, we requested a few more we checked out and never got. NO HOSEKEEPING WAS DONE. We left for breakfast about 8:00-8:30, we returned about 1:30 the rooms were never touched. The young lady comes knocking on the door. We told her that we had a wedding to attend and was getting our clothes etc ready she says well she’ll come back at 3. I said that would not be possible can you come a little later. She said that she has to go on her break and then leaves for her home at 4:30. She then said that she will submit a request for the evening crew to come clean for us. We returned from the wedding NO CLEANING WAS DONE. However, staff trying to bribe us to give good reviews. I will escalate this. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I atleast paid for. We couldn’t even use our swim out as the people next door openly smoking marijuana. This is the worst ever. I will never return to this property.

I really enjoyed my stay. My daughter loved it!! Everything was prepare specially for her birthday. The staff however can use a little improvement in some areas for example, I called privilege line to request for a butler to come and take my bags to the lobby at 12 noon and no one came, I had to call back. When I was calling back, no one was answering the phone I had to call the front desk. Another instance, after checking out we stopped at the lobby bar, I wanted 2 red bulls, the bartender says they only have one and was instructing me to walk back to a cafe to get it. I had no issues but the friendliness and politeness of Judene upon check out wasn’t as welcoming. Miguel did a good job! He was nice and polite. Overall experience this trip was amazing!! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday as special as it was. I look forward to visiting again.

Entertaining stay. The food was good and the entertainment was fun. The pool was nice too. Service was good.

When we got to the room, everything looked great. While rushing to get ready to head out for an event, we quickly realized that there was no body wash. They had not refilled the body wash dispenser and there was barely any soap in the hand soap dispenser. Thankfully, we had packed a soap bar. the toilet wasn't safely secured onto the wall; you could see where it was tearing off. The socket/light switch plate between the beds was also loose. We headed out to the event shortly after and did not have time to call to report the issues. We got back from the event after 10 pm. It was late, we were tired, so it was straight to bed. My friend and I had two double beds. We each slept in a separate bed. My friend had gone to sleep before I got into my bed. When I finally called it a night and went to lay down, I noticed how MUSTY the bed was smelling. Some of the pillows smelled clean, some did not. The duvet insert smelled SO BAD, I had to use a towel as a cover instead. Overall the whole bed situation was so disappointing. The mattress itself also needed to be refreshed. I went to get extra pillows from the closet, one had pen marking on it and they both smelled disgusting. I let the front desk know about my experience as well as guest services. They did not offer any refund, not even a partial refund. They only offered to upgrade the room on my next visit or a discount code. I have not received anything in writing from them regarding their offers. I'd appreciate a refund.

I like the cleanness and the entertainment. I didn’t like the food. Did upgrade to Eden which the food choices were much better.
