Great Stay
I have been staying at this hotel/extended stay hotel/ apartment complex on and off throughout the month and it has been the best stay ever the entire staff is accommodating and welcoming and supportive in our plight as our home is being renovated after being destroyed by a flooding from a busted pipe. We had reservations about staying however, we took a chance and it was the best decision for us. Great concept Wydndam

The worst
Not so good when the check-in process was horrible because there system repeatedly had a fraud message then after payment was completed. I was charged again the following day. Leaving me to dispute all charges. During a long bank weekend. This was the worst . Being on the first level without a lock on the patio door is not safe.

Of the tub
The bathtub on the lower level of the loft with 23 bedrooms room 122. I was there for my birthday and I went to take a shower. It felt very gritty under my feet from the bathtub and fiberglass also peeking through the grit at the bottom of the tub . That’s it I told the young lady at the desk and she did not write a claim for me or anything or comment on what I tried to tell her. Going.
