The men working at the room service (food) aren’t as pleasant as the ladies. They Kept on forgetting to add sauces in bag & when I requested it their demeanor became negative as if I caused them to forget it?? You can tell they don’t want to be there.

Check in was unprofessional and timely. I booked the room for a he hot tub and was unaware of closure of 8pm. I’ve been going through personal stress and this disappointed me extremely. Also there was some wood wall panels propped in room. I checked out a few hours after check in.

Elevators are always full around check-out time
Great location. The room and beds were good too. Taking the elevator to the lobby around check-out time can be a real challenge. On the day we left, we waited 5+ minutes and every elevator that stopped on our floor was full. In the end, we had to take the stairs while carrying several pieces of luggage.
