No doubt the cleanliness was upto to the standard but the following items left a bad taste:
1. The room size was too small with 2 queen beds and it was hard to move around.
2. The parking was paid and across the street. You need to cross a bridge and then there was a maze to get to the hotel elevator.
3. The booking cleary says iron and ironing board included but there was non 8n the room and on request only iron was sent.
4. Also, the booking says microwave included (on request) but was refused even on request.
5. The coffe machine was there and it's cable was going behind the cabinet but there was no electrical connection there and it wasn't working.
6. Finally, at the time of check out, we were held there for 15-20 min because there system was showing no payment was made while we paid in full at the time of booking.
These items could be minor but when you pay $300 for one night, you don't want to have such experience. In my opinion they need to improve there services.
