Wonderful hotel with restaurant and bar. Staff was very helpful and the view of was great. A short Uber trip to train, bus stations, or airport. Weather was sunny, but too cool to enjoy the patio on the water in the photo. A bit far from central Amsterdam, but a great location to have as a home base.

Modern and clean stay in Amsterdam
New hotel in a quiet and safe residential area with supermarkets nearby which is convenient. Welcoming staff, everything is managed well and very clean. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Hygiene bathroom with strong shower. 30 mins walk to Central train station, but it’s pleasure and easy walk on the way seeing all the shops and buildings. Highly recommend and wish they keep their high standards.

The location is great, the view is absolutely amazing. The design of the rooms and the appliances is top-noch. Can not be better in this price-range. Finally, thanks to the staff. They are very kind. During our stay, we triggered t he smoke alarm when we are trying to cook :) The staff immediately come to our room to help, very friendly and helpful. Bring us necessary tools to clean the air of the room. Definitely will come again for another visit.

My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest memories of Amsterdam.
