Exceptional service in Century City Location
This was our second stay at the Intercontinental Century City. As before, service was excellent. Great view of downtown LA from our balcony. Hotel offers convenient, free shuttle service via Tesla SUV to newly expanded Westfield Mall. One of the best on-site Japanese breakfasts.

Wonderful experience!
We had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental. Everyone who works there, that we encountered, from checking in, concierge, valet, room service, restaurant, etc., were friendly and extremely helpful to us. We would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our first time in L.A. a most pleasant experience. 😊

An at home vacation
Such a beautiful view!! Me and my Hunny decided to treat ourselves this v-day and this was such a perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with him. All work and no play just to stop and recharge like this? I could do this more often :P We tried ordering room service around 8:30 but the line was busy for quite a while (understandably, dinner hours). So we just ordered a pizza, a classic on v-day. Overall our stay was an amazing little town-around-the-corner vacay. Much needed!! PS: That view though!!!! I cant get over it!

Staff +++, but Rooms in dire need of refurbishment
Biggest downside: smoking on balconies! Sleeping with open windows is almost impossible. If you close the windows you are faced with an extreme noisy air-conditioning. Dresser and desk in flea market condition, the bathroom was outdated 20 years ago (but good water pressure)! Overall not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. But the staff was very friendly and inclined to make our stay pleasant besides the aforementioned issues (complementary breakfast).

Good stay. Rooms in need of refresh
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was great. Thought that the room was starting to feel outdated and definitely in need of a little TLC. The “heated” was pretty cold!

Wonderful Stay
Excellent and friendly service staff. Good restaurant and 24 room service. Room was upgraded without request being made. Expansive public areas nicely appointed. Would recommend highly.

Fair 4,0
Outdated and overpriced
If you enjoy staying at your Grandma's house and flushing money down the toilet this is the place for you. $50 a day for parking (plus tips)

Good Staple in Century City
Staff is very nice, Location is great. Rooms are nicely appointed EXCEPT they need a better pillow selection. Pillows are too soft which is a consistent problem I have noticed. The house car is great for getting around town locally. Enjoy having a terrace. Bathroom amenities are good. Very important they have a magnifier mirror. My go to hotel in LA. Rooms could use a little refresh.
