Honestly, at first I felt upset because the room I had reserved was not available or there was something unforeseen at the locations. But I agreed to stay in another room, which was not bad, but when you plan to receive what you reserve, your experience is no longer the same! My surprise came when upon leaving the hotel I talked about my disagreement in this regard and very kindly the hotel receptionist and the general manager sent me an email with an unimaginable surprise, the truth is that, as always, four seasons always providing first-class service. Class, as well as its facilities, customer service staff and restaurants and bars, something formidable, delicious in every way, a fabulous experience!! toro toro restaurant a delight with an extraordinary culinary experience and bayou & bottle woo that say its drinks as well as its surprising dishes. Truly, apart from the surprise I received regarding my complaint, it is a company that truly cares and maintains the importance of its guests at a high level with high expectations of service.
