Clean, comfortable, cozy stay
We came to Hotel Astoria for one night to see Taylor Swift in Milan. Check-in was quick. AC worked great and was nice and cool throughout the night. The bed was comfy and the bathtub was spacious. We'd definitely stay here again, but it is far outside the center of Milan, so unless you need to be in San Siro I'd find elsewhere.

Everybody was nice and friendly even the housekeeping crew. The hotel isn’t in the city centre but the hotel is across the street from a bus stop and a train line so you can get everywhere very easily. A 24 hour metro pass is only 7€. This hotel was amazing and should/could easily be a 4.5-5 star hotel

Took over an hour for check in
I dont know why i even booked this hotel. For some reason i thought it was closer to the city centre. But its over an hour away. Plus the area is pretty sketchy. When i finally found this place, there was over 20 people surrounding the front desk and yelling about the bed mixups. I had to wait for over an hour as the employee tried to straighten everything out. I only had 1 day in milan so the length of time it took me to find this hotel, plus the long wait time to check in made my 1 day in milan a waste. Best part is when they finally checked me in they kept reminding me that i dont get the breakfast in the morning. Good to know. Then they spent a considerable amount of time trying to convince me to buy the breakfast option. Maybe they should be offering such things for free when they inconvenience their guests this much. These companies are getting greedier and greedier. Never again would i go here.

Clean comfortable room's, well equipped bathrooms and complimentary tea and coffee making facility in the room. Lifts to all floors. Breakfast available, though no other restaurant facilities. There is however a supermarket next-door and my room had a fridge so that's a bonus. 10 minute walk from the tube or get the 91 bus in either direction. Very helpful staff.

This is a 3 star hotel with the service of a 4 star, the staff is their bigger asset, they really make you feel at home, especially the kitchen staff. Clean, modern, well maintained, excellent breakfast, public transportation right in front of the hotel, supermarket right besides hotel.

Very good for city break
I use this hotel for a city break in Milano. It was very good location for what I need. Easy to go by stadium Giuseppe Meazza (San Siro), 6 tram station. Three subway station around 300 meters. Breakfast was very good with all kind a food. Very good expresso. Personal very nice and ready to find a solution for everything you need.

Trip for Inter v Juve
The hotel itself is a little further out from the city centre but it has many metro station within walking distance (Segesta, Lotto, Tre Torre, Amendola). The hotel is however in perfect location to attend a game at San Siro, which was the main reason for my trip. There are many cafes and bar around as well as a supermarket next door if you want to put some beer in your room fridge. I would really recommend this hotel
