床舖，被單和枕頭套很乾淨，潔白和没有異味，有電視，茶几，梳化和wifi等基本設備，一間不錯的民宿，唯位置較隱閉，幸好到步前會有員工主動聯络，所以記得一定要留一個能聯络的方法。 要改善的應準備一些垃圾袋给客人使用，因連續租住是没有清潔的，垃圾要自己扔掉，但欠缺膠袋。地點是在逢甲夜市傍，非常方便，由机埸往民宿可直接乘A3公交，很方便。性价比極高。合單身旅行或情旅，不合一家大小。
